தொடக்கக் கல்வி - அரசு / நகராட்சி / ஊராட்சி ஒன்றிய பராமரிப்பு, தொடக்க மற்றும் நடுநிலைப் பள்ளிகள் பாதுகாப்பு மற்றும் முன்னெச்சரிக்கை நடவடிக்கைகள் மேற்கொள்ளுதல் - அறிவுரைகள் வழங்குதல் - சார்ந்து. பார்வை: சென்னை 6, தொடக்கக் கல்வி இயக்குநரின் நே.மு.க.எண் : 007351 / ஜெ2 / 2021, நாள் : 08.10.2021 

பார்வையில் காணும் நேர்முகக் கடிதத்தில் தொடக்கக் கல்வி இயக்கக நிர்வாகத்தின் கீழ் செயல்படும் அனைத்து வகை பள்ளிகளில் மேற்கொள்ள வேண்டிய முன்னேற்பாடுகள் குறித்த அறிவுரைகள் வழங்கப்பட்டது. வகை தொடக்கக் கல்வித் துறையின் கீழ் இயங்கும் அனைத்து பள்ளிகளிலும் நடப்பு 2022-2023ஆம் கல்வியாண்டிற்கான கற்றல்-கற்பித்தல் செயல்பாடுகள் தொடர்ந்து நடைபெற்று வருகின்றன. தொடக்கக் கல்வி இயக்கக நிர்வாகத்தின் கீழ் செயல்படும் அரசு / நகராட்சி / ஊராட்சி ஒன்றிய தொடக்க மற்றும் நடுநிலைப் பள்ளிகளில் எதிர்வரும் மழைக் காலத்தை கவனத்தில் கொண்டு மேற்கொள்ள வேண்டிய கட்டிட பராமரிப்பு. பாதுகாப்பு மற்றும் முன்னெச்சரிக்கை நடவடிக்கைகள் குறித்து முதன்மைக் கல்வி அலுவலர்கள், வட்டாரக் கல்வி கல்வி அலுவலர்கள், மாவட்டக் தலைமை ஆசிரியர்கள் மற்றும் ஆசிரியர்களுக்கு அலுவலர்கள், பள்ளித் கீழ்க்கண்ட அறிவுரைகள் வழங்கப்படுகின்றன. 1 

1. எல்லா பள்ளிகளிலும் மரங்கள் உள்ளன. மரத்தில் இருந்து உதிரும் இலைகள் பள்ளிக் கட்டிட மேற்கூரையில் விழுந்து குப்பையாக சேர்ந்துள்ளது, பல பள்ளிகளில் ஆய்வுகள் மேற்கொள்ளும்போது தெரிய வருகின்றது. மழையின்போது இக்குப்பைகள் நீரில் நனைந்து கட்டிட உறுதிக்கு ஊறு விளைப்பதாக உள்ளது. 

எனவே, ஒவ்வொரு பள்ளியிலும் மேற்கூரையில் உள்ள காய்ந்த இலைகள் / சருகுகளை " சுகாதாரமான சூழலில் பள்ளி செயல்படுவதை உறுதி செய்திடல் வேண்டும். 

4. பள்ளி வளாகம் புதர்கள் மற்றும் குப்பைகளின்றி காண்பதற்கு அழகாகவும் தூய்மையாகவும் இருக்கும் வகையில் நடவடிக்கைகள் மேற்கொள்ளப்பட வேண்டும். 

5. பள்ளி மாணவர்களை இத்தகைய தூய்மைப் பணிகளை செய்வதற்கு பயன்படுத்தக் கூடாது என திட்டவட்டமாக தெரிவிக்கலாகிறது. பள்ளி பராமரிப்பு மான்யத்தினைக் கொண்டு வெளி ஆட்கள் அல்லது உள்ளூர் நபர்கள் / பணியாளர்களை கொண்டு இத்தகைய தூய்மைப் பணிகளை செய்வதற்கு தேவையான நடவடிக்கைகளை மேற்கொள்ள வேண்டும். 

6. பள்ளி வளாகத்தை தூய்மை செய்வதற்கு 100 நாட்கள் வேலை வாய்ப்புத் திட்டத்தின் கீழ் பணிபுரியும் பணியாளர்களை கொண்டு செய்வதற்கு, உரிய அலுவலர்கள் அணுகிப் பெற்று, பள்ளியின் பராமரிப்பு பணிகளை சீர் செய்து கொள்ள நடவடிக்கை மேற்கொள்ளலாம். 

7. நடமாடும் மருத்துவக் குழு, ஆரம்ப சுகாதார நிலையம் மற்றும் செவிலியர் ஆகியோரின் தொலைபேசி எண்கள் பள்ளியின் அறிவிப்புப் பலகையிலும் தலைமை ஆசிரியர் அறையிலும் எழுதப்பட்டு இருப்பதை உறுதி செய்திடல் வேண்டும். மேற்கண்ட அறிவுரைகளை மாவட்டக் கல்வி அலுவலர்கள் மற்றும் வட்டாரக் கல்வி அலுவலர்கள் மூலம் அனைத்து பள்ளித் தலைமை ஆசிரியர்கள் மற்றும் ஆசிரியர்களுக்கு தெரிவிக்குமாறு அனைத்து மாவட்ட முதன்மைக் கல்வி அலுவலர்கள் கேட்டுக் கொள்ளப்படுகிறார்கள். மேலும் பள்ளிப் பார்வை மற்றும் ஆய்வின் போது மேற்கண்ட அறிவுரைகள் சரியாக பின்பற்றப்படுகின்றதா? என்பதை தொடர்ந்து கண்காணித்திடவும் கேட்டுக் கொள்ளப்படுகிறது. பெறுநர் அனைத்து மாவட்ட முதன்மைக் கல்வி அலுவலர்கள் அனைத்து மாவட்டக் கல்வி அலுவலர்கள் அனைத்து வட்டாரக் கல்வி அலுவலர்கள்

Meaning:

Elementary Education - Govt / Municipal / Panchayat Union Maintenance, Primary and Middle Schools Safety and Precautionary Measures - Giving Instructions - Dependent. Vide: Chennai 6, Director of Elementary Education No. : 007351 / J2 / 2021, Dated : 08.10.2021

In the interview letter in view, instructions were given regarding the steps to be taken in all types of schools functioning under the management of the Directorate of Elementary Education. The learning-teaching activities for the current academic year 2022-2023 are going on in all the schools running under the category Primary Education Department. Building maintenance to be carried out keeping in mind the upcoming rainy season in Government / Municipal / Panchayat Union Primary and Middle Schools under the management of Directorate of Primary Education. The following instructions are given to Principal Education Officers, District Education Officers, District Headmasters and teachers regarding safety and precautionary measures, schools. 1

1. All schools have trees. Leaves falling from the trees have fallen on the roof of the school building and collected as rubbish, it has been found during the inspection of many schools. During rains, these bags get soaked in water and affect the stability of the building.

Therefore, in every school, dry leaves / straws on the roof should be kept in order to ensure the functioning of the school in a hygienic environment.

4. Actions should be taken to make the school premises clean and visually clean free of bushes and litter.

5. School students should be clearly informed not to use such cleaning work. Necessary steps should be taken to carry out such cleaning work with external persons or local persons/employees with school maintenance allowance.

6. Appropriate officers may approach and take steps to repair the maintenance work of the school by bringing in the employees working under the 100 days placement scheme for cleaning the school premises.

7. It should be ensured that the phone numbers of mobile medical team, primary health center and nurse are written on the notice board of the school and in the head teacher's room. All District Primary Education Officers are requested to convey the above instructions to all school Headmasters and Teachers through District Education Officers and District Education Officers. And are the above instructions properly followed during school visit and inspection? It is also requested to monitor it continuously.
