இ-சேவை மையத்திலேயே எல்எல்ஆர் பெற முடியுமா? 

தமிழ்நாடு மின்-ஆளுமை முகமையுடன் தமிழக போக்குவரத்துத் துறை மேற்கொண்டிருக்கும் ஒப்பந்தமானது நிறைவுபெற்றதும் விரைவில் இ-சேவை மையத்திலேயே எல்எல்ஆர் எனப்படும் பயிற்சி ஓட்டுநர் உரிமத்தைப் பெற்றுக் கொள்ளலாம் என்று தகவலறிந்த வட்டாரங்கள் தெரிவிக்கின்றன.  எல்எல்ஆர் மட்டுமல்ல, ஓட்டுநர் உரிமம் உள்பட வாகனம் தொடர்பான ஆவணங்களில் பல்வேறு மாற்றங்களையும் கூட இ-சேவை மையங்களிலேயே செய்து கொள்ளும் வசதியும் வந்துவிடும் என்கிறது அந்த தகவல்கள். இந்த ஆண்டு துவக்கத்தில், ஓட்டுநர் உரிமம் பெற இனி ஆர்டிஓ அலுவலகத்தை நாட வேண்டாம், ஆன்லைனிலேயே விண்ணப்பிக்கும் முறை அறிமுகப்படுத்தப்பட்டது. 

இதற்காக பரிவாகன் என்ற இணையதளமும் உருவாக்கப்பட்டது. ஆனால், ஆன்லைன் மூலம் அனைவராலும் இந்த வசதியை பயன்படுத்த முடியாத நிலை நீடித்து வந்தது. இதனால், பலரும் நேரடியாக ஆர்டிஓ அலுவலகத்தை நாடும் சூழலே இருந்தது. இதனைத் தவிர்க்க, தமிழ்நாடு இ-ஆளுமை முகமையுடன், தமிழக போக்குவரத்துத் துறை ஒப்பந்தம் மேற்கொண்டுள்ளது. எனவே, சென்னை மற்றும் அதனைச் சுற்றியுள்ள புறநகர்ப் பகுதிகளில் இயங்கும் 100 இ-சேவை மையங்கள் மூலம், இந்த ஆன்லைன் வசதியை மக்கள் பயன்படுத்திக்கொள்ளும் வசதி ஏற்படுத்திக் கொடுக்கப்படும் என்று கூறப்படுகிறது. 

 ஓட்டுநர் பயிற்சி உரிமம் எடுப்பவர்கள் விரைவில் இ-சேவை மையம் மூலமாகவே விண்ணப்பித்து எல்எல்ஆர் பெற்றுக் கொள்ளலாம். இதனால், ஆர்டிஓ அலுவலகங்களுக்கு வரும் மக்கள் கூட்டம் குறையும் என்று எதிர்பார்க்கப்படுகிறது. இதன் மூலம், மக்கள் இனி ஓட்டுநர் உரிமத்துக்கான பயிற்சி மற்றும் வாகன தகுதிச் சான்றுகள் பெற மட்டுமே ஆர்டிஓ அலுவலகம் வர வேண்டிய தேவை இருக்கும் என்றும் கூறப்படுகிறது.

Can I get LLR at e-service center itself?

Informed sources say that once the agreement entered into by the Tamil Nadu Transport Department with the Tamil Nadu e-Governance Agency is completed, the learner driving license known as LLR will soon be available at the e-service centre. The information says that not only LLR, but also various changes in vehicle related documents including driving license will be available at e-service centers. Earlier this year, an online application system was introduced, no more going to the RTO office to get a driver's license.

A website called Parivakan has also been created for this purpose. However, not everyone could use this facility online. Due to this, many people were directly approaching the RTO office. To avoid this, the Tamil Nadu Transport Department has entered into an agreement with the Tamil Nadu e-Governance Agency. Therefore, it is said that through 100 e-service centers operating in Chennai and its surrounding suburbs, people will be able to use this online facility.

  Driving license aspirants can soon apply and get LLR through e-service center. Due to this, it is expected that the number of people coming to the RTO offices will decrease. With this, people will now only need to visit the RTO office to get driving license training and vehicle qualification certificates.
