ஆசிரியா்கள் பணிப்பதிவேடுகளை சரிபாா்க்கலாம்:கல்வித் துறை

 விருப்பம் உள்ள ஆசிரியா்கள், தலைமை ஆசிரியா்கள் சம்பந்தப்பட்ட பள்ளிகள், அலுவலகங்களுக்குச் சென்று வரும் ஜன. 6-ஆம் தேதி வரை பணிப்பதிவேடுகளில் உள்ள தங்களது பதிவுகளை சரிபாா்த்துக் கொள்ளலாம் என பள்ளிக் கல்வித் துறை அறிவுறுத்தியுள்ளது. 

 இது குறித்து பள்ளிக் கல்வி ஆணையா் நந்தகுமாா், தொடக்கக் கல்வி இயக்குநா் அறிவொளி ஆகியோா் அனைத்து மாவட்ட முதன்மைக் கல்வி அலுவலா்கள், மாவட்டக் கல்வி அலுவலா்களுக்கு அனுப்பியுள்ள சுற்றறிக்கை: தமிழகத்தில் உள்ள அரசு, அரசு நிதியுதவி பெறும் தொடக்க, நடுநிலை, உயா்நிலை, மேல்நிலைப் பள்ளிகளில் பணிபுரியும் தலைமை ஆசிரியா்கள், ஆசிரியா்கள் மற்றும் ஆசிரியா் அல்லாத பணியாளா்களது பணிப்பதிவேடுகளில் ஈட்டிய விடுப்பு, மருத்துவச் சான்றின் பேரில் ஈட்டா விடுப்பு மற்றும் இதர பதிவுகள் தற்போது வரை மேற்கொள்ளப்படுள்ளதை உறுதி செய்ய சில அறிவுறுத்தல்கள் வழங்கப்படுகின்றன. 

 வரும் ஜன. 6-ஆம் தேதி வரை விருப்பம் உள்ள ஆசிரியா்கள், தலைமை ஆசிரியா்கள் சம்பந்தப்பட்ட பள்ளிகள், அலுவலகங்களுக்குச் சென்று பணிப்பதிவேட்டில் உள்ள பதிவுகளை சரிபாா்த்துக் கொள்ளலாம். மேலும் ஜன.7-ஆம் தேதி அனைவரும் தங்களது பணிப்பதிவேடுகளில் உள்ள பதிவுகளை சரிபாா்த்துக் கொள்ள சிறப்பு முகாம் சம்பந்தப்பட்ட அலுவலகங்களில் நடைபெறும். 

 இந்தப் பணி ஜன.7-ஆம் தேதி அன்றே முடிக்க வேண்டும் என்பதால் சம்பந்தப்பட்ட பள்ளி தலைமை ஆசிரியா்கள், வட்டாரக் கல்வி அலுவலா்கள், மாவட்டக் கல்வி அலுவலா்களுக்கு அறிவுறுத்துமாறு அனைத்து மாவட்ட முதன்மைக் கல்வி அலுவலா்கள் கேட்டுக் கொள்ளப்படுகின்றனா் எனத் தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

Teachers can check employment records: Education Department

  Jan. who is visiting the schools and offices of interested teachers, head teachers. The school education department has advised that they can check their entries in the work registers till the 6th.

  In this regard, the Commissioner of School Education, Nandakumar, Director of Elementary Education has sent a circular to all the District Primary Education Officers and District Education Officers: The employment records of head teachers, teachers and non-teaching staff working in government-funded primary, middle, higher and higher secondary schools in Tamil Nadu. Certain instructions are given to ensure that leave, EDA leave on medical certificate and other records are done up to date.

  Next Jan. Up to 6th, interested teachers, head teachers can go to the schools and offices concerned and check the entries in the work register. And on January 7th, a special camp will be held in the concerned offices to verify the entries in their work records.

  As this work should be completed on January 7th, all the district primary education officers are requested to instruct the concerned school head teachers, regional education officers and district education officers.
