தாமிரபரணி ஆற்றில் வரலாறு காணாத அளவில் வெள்ளப்பெருக்கு..!!

 நெல்லை, வங்கக்கடலில் ஏற்பட்டுள்ள வளிமண்டல கீழடுக்கு சுழற்சியால் நெல்லையில் நேற்று முன்தினம் இரவு முதல் விடிய, விடிய லேசான மழை பெய்தது. நேற்று அதிகாலைமுதல் மழை இடைவிடாமல் தொடர்ந்து பெய்து கொண்டே இருந்தது. 

பகல் 12 மணி அளவில் இருந்து கனமழை கொட்டித்தீர்த்தது. இதேபோல் மாவட்டத்தின் பல்வேறு பகுதிகளிலும் ககனமழை கொட்டித்தீர்த்தது. இதேபோல் மாவட்டத்தின் பல்வேறு பகுதிகளிலும் கனமழை கொட்டியது.இதேபோல் மேற்கு தொடர்ச்சி மலைப்பகுதியிலும் மிக கன மழை பெய்தது. 

மணிமுத்தாறு அணை மற்றும் அருவியின் மேல் பகுதியில் அமைந்திருக்கும் தேயிலை தோட்ட பகுதிகளானமாஞ்சோலை, நாலுமுக்கு, ஊத்து மற்றும் காக்காச்சி பகுதிகளில் தலா 20 சென்டி மீட்டருக்கு மேல் மழை பெய்தது. இதனால் மணிமுத்தாறு அருவி வழியாக அணைக்கு வினானாடிக்கு 30 ஆயிரம் கன அடிக்கு மேல் வெள்ளம் பெருக்கெடுத்து வந்தது.

 மணிமுத்தாறு அருவி இருக்கும் இடமே தெரியாத அளவுக்கு மூழ்கியவாறு தண்ணீர் ஆர்ப்பரித்து சென்றது.இதனால் மணிமுத்தாறு அணை நீர்மட்டமும் கிடுகிடுவென உயர்ந்தது. 

தற்போது மணிமுத்தாறு அணைக்கு வினாடிக்கு 27 ஆயிரத்து 117 கன அடி நீர்வரத்து உள்ளதாகவும், 8 ஆயிஆயிரத்து 117 கன அடி நீர்வரத்து உள்ளதாகவும், 8 ஆயிரம் கன அடி நீர் வெளியேற்றறப்பட்டு வருவதாகவும் தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.பாபநாசம், சேர்வலாறு இதேபோல் பாபநாசம் அணை மற்றும் இதனுடன் இணைந்த சேர்வலாறு அணைகளுக்கு வினாடிக்கு 25 ஆயிரம் கனஅடிக்கு மேல் தண்ணீர் வந்து கொண்டிருந்தது. 

தையொட்டி அணையின் பாதுகாப்பு கருதி வினாடிக்கு 20 ஆயிரம் கன அடி தண்ணீர் தாமிரபரணி ஆற்றில் திறந்து விடப்பட்டது. இதனுடன் இணைந்த சேர்வலாறு அணை நீர்மட்டம் நஇருந்தது. மாலையில் இந்த அணை நீர்மட்டம் 150 அடியை தொட்டது. 

இந்நிலையில் பாபநாசம், சேர்வலாறு அணைகளில் இருந்து 3 மணி நேர நிலவரப்படி வினாடிக்கு 36 ஆயிரம்ன அடி நீர் வெளியேற்றப்பட்டு வருகிறது. பாபநாசம், சேர்வலாறு அணைகளில் இருந்து திறந்து விடப்படும் உபரி தண்ணீர் மற்றும் காட்டாறு வழியாக வரக்கூடிய வெள்ளநீரஆகியவை தாமிரபரணி ஆற்றில் கலந்து ஓடுகிறது. 

மேலும் கடனாநதி, ராமநதி அணைகள் நிரம்பி உபரி நீரும் வெளியேறுவதால் அந்த தண்ணீரும் தாமிரபரணி ஆற்றில் கலக்கிறது. இந்நிலையில் மேற்கு தொடர்ச்சி மலைப்பகுதியில் தொடரும் மழை காரணமாக தாமிரபரணி ஆற்றில் வரலாறு காணாத அளவுக்கு தற்போது வெள்ளப்பெருக்கு ஏற்பட்டுள்ளது. 

நெல்லைதாமிரபரணி ஆற்றில் இரு கரைகளையும் கடந்து வெள்ளம் பாய்ந்தோடுகிறது. இந்த சூழலில் நெல்லை, தூத்துக்குடி, கன்னியாகுமரி, தென்காசி மாவட்டங்களுக்கு கூடுதலாக சிறப்பு பயிற்சி பெற்ற 2 பெண் வீராங்கனைகள் உள்பட 8 தேசிய பேரிடர் மீட்புப்படையினர் அதி நவீன தொலைத்தொடர்பு உபகரணங்களுடன் விரைந்துள்ளனர். இதனிடையே தென் மாவட்டங்களில் அனேக இடங்களில் இன்றும் (திங்கட்கிழமை), நாளையும் (செவ்வாய்க்கிழமை) 2 நாட்களுக்கு மழை நீடிக்கும் என வானிலை ஆய்வு மையம் எச்சரித்துள்ளது.

 அதிலும் கன்னியாகுமரி, திருநெல்வேலி, தென்காசி மற்றும் தூத்துக்குடி ஆகிய 4 மாவட்டங்களில் ஓரிரு இடங்களில் கன முதல் மிக கனமழை வரையிலும், அதிலும் ஓரிரு இடங்களில் அதி கனமழை வரையிலும் பெய்யக்கூடும் என்றும் அறிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

Unprecedented flood in Tamiraparani river..!!

 Due to the low atmospheric circulation in Nella, Bay of Bengal, there has been light rain in Nella since the night before yesterday. It has been raining continuously since yesterday morning.

It rained heavily from 12 o'clock in the afternoon. Similarly, heavy rains lashed various parts of the district. Similarly, heavy rain fell in various parts of the district. Similarly, very heavy rain fell in the Western Ghats.

More than 20 cm of rain each fell in Mancholai, Nalumku, Uthu and Kakachi, the tea plantation areas located upstream of Manimutthar dam and falls. As a result, more than 30,000 cubic feet per second flooded the dam through the Manimutharu waterfall.The Manimuthar waterfall was submerged so much that it was not known. Due to this, the Manimuthar dam water level also rose to the point.

Currently Manimuthar dam has 27 thousand 117 cubic feet of water flow per second, 8 thousand 117 cubic feet of water is inflow and 8 thousand cubic feet of water is being released. Similarly, Papanasam and Servevalar dams were receiving more than 25 thousand cubic feet of water per second.

Due to the safety of the dam, 20,000 cubic feet of water per second was released into the Tamiraparani river. Along with this, the water level of Servevalaru dam was low. In the evening, the water level in this dam touched 150 feet.

In this case, 36 thousand feet of water per second is being released from Papanasam and Servalar dams as of 3 hours. Surplus water released from Papanasam and Chervalar dams and flood water coming through Kattaru mixes in the Thamirapharani river.

Also, Kadanadi and Ramanadi dams are full and the excess water is released and that water flows into the Tamiraparani river. In this case, due to the continuous rains in the Western Ghats, there has been an unprecedented flood in the Tamiraparani River.

The Nellaithamirapharani river overflows both banks. In this context, 8 National Disaster Rescue Teams including 2 specially trained women soldiers have rushed to Nellai, Thoothukudi, Kanyakumari and Tenkasi districts with ultra-modern telecommunication equipment. Meanwhile, the Meteorological Department has warned that rain will continue for 2 days today (Monday) and tomorrow (Tuesday) in many places in southern districts.

  It has also been announced that heavy to very heavy rain may occur at one or two places in four districts namely Kanyakumari, Tirunelveli, Tenkasi and Thoothukudi and even very heavy rain at one or two places.
